No, they are not refundable.
If this is a worry for certain buyers, please send a message via the Contact page requesting that you would like to see an image draft before shipping. However, you must reply back within 24 hours to confirm or make appropriate changes. Otherwise the draft will be the final design.

Processing times take 1-3 business days.
***Please note that once your order is shipped, how fast it is delivered to you is out of a seller's control. Orders include a tracking number but a seller is unable to manage how shipping companies (i.e. USPS, UPS) operate and deliver packages. ***

Custom designs shown on listings are only on one side. The back for signs is a blank, gray aluminum. For coasters, the back is a cork backing. Please check listing images for reference.

Occasionally USPS marks an order as delivered when tracking shipment, but delivers at a later time or the next day. It is recommend that buyers to wait at least 3 days before reaching out in case the order does arrive to your doorstep. Having matching miniature items are always cute, so Chic Sign is now offering ceramic or MDF wood coasters to match your personalized sign! The designs will be the same but a smaller version perfect for being a hot/cold drink mat!
MDF coasters are 3.75 inches. Ceramic coasters are 4 inches.

Yes! Please send a message via the Contact page if you want Chic Sign to send an image draft before shipping. Occasionally an email may be sent to you because Chic Sign wants to confirm your text/design request before shipping. Please check your email inbox in case an email was sent to confirm with you.
